ROLE STATEMENT/BASIC FUNCTION

Assist in the recruitment process, help to find qualified job candidates, recruit applicants, review resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks. HR specialist may also perform onboarding activities, orienting new employees on organizational policies, procedures and benefits.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
